Offspring served 'Cease and Desist' notice from Axl Rose

Apparently, Axl got mad when he was informed that the Offspring were throwing around the idea to name their new album "Chinese Democrazy (you snooze, you lose)" The Offspring thought that the name would be funny, considering the new Guns n' Roses album, titled "Chinese Democracy", has been in the works now for about 8 years, and still does not have a release date."
