(no subject)
Wow, I haven't really updated in awhile...
I have another headache - just thought I'd share.
I've worked every day since Monday and I still like the job, even though I've only been working a couple/few hours at a time. Hopefully after this week I can get more hours. I'm working tonight and tomorrow from 8-9:30pm so I can learn how to close, even though I'm not going to be working at night that often.
Tuesday was quite eventful.. I worked, went job hunting with Brett, then hung out with Lauren. We did some crafting at her house, then came here, then the two of us +Iain went to Best Buy so Iain could get a CD.. we saw Matt, Eli and Jeff there, and we all went to Emagine in Novi to sign up for a battle of the bands tournament thing.
Come see us on July 13 at Emagine, I don't know what band we're playing against but yeaaa you should go. There will be plenty of reminders :) and I made a myspace for the band... http://www.myspace.com/vpband, check it out.
So yea we met Mike and Heather there, then Iain, Lauren and I ran to my car in the most rain I have ever been in. It was insane, and I looked like I had just gone swimming in my clothes when I got in the car... it was gross, but funny. We dropped Iain off, then went home... Matt, Eli and Jeff came over and we all hung out for a bit and watched most of Along Came Polly.
After the guys left, Lauren and I watched Life as a House, and I fell asleep near the end... with my glasses on... so I woke up with broken glasses - SO cute, since that was the third time they've broken. Sooo I think it's time to get new glasses.
I took Lauren home in the morning, sat around, went to work for what was supposed to be MAYBE an hour but ended up being 2 1/2 hours (yessss, I need the money), then came home for awhile and went to goddess group at yoga. Talked to a couple new people, very exciting.
Today I went to my aunt's house in Birmingham and helped her pack up some stuff in her basement, and now I'm at home kind of tiiired. Possibly hanging out with Rachael? Yaaaay. Then working 8-9:30 tonight, then seeing ELISE! and hopefully the other Harrison kids? Awesome. I'll have a few pictures later, maybe.
