just some random stuff b/c i don't want to vacuum so i'm procrastinating:
♥ i think Taylor Swift is ADORABLE. i want to adopt her!! that "Love Story" song totally gets stuck in my head all the time, but it's so cute that i don't care.
♥ i start school tomorrow, uggghhh. on some level i'm happy b/c i am more productive when im busy (if that makes sense)...like if i have to go to class, i'll also run errands and stuff, but if i dont have anything to do i will sit on my ass instead. but my Monday schedule is seriously something like 8:55-6:20 with only 20 minute breaks in btwn classes, so on Mondays I'm going to want to kill myself. i only have one class on Tuesday and Friday, so it balances out, but like, i have to DRIVE THERE ANYWAY, so i'd rather things were more balanced. thanks Rutgers haha.
♥ omg i never posted about Lily Allen!! HAHAHA okay. so i love Lily...my story is that when i was in Ireland in 2006, i got off the plane and into a cab, and her song "Smile" came on the radio, and the cabbie was singing along...that's one of my very first memories of the country. then we heard her stuff ALL the time when i was there, but i didnt know who it was b/c her album was not even released in the US then. i found out when i got home (thanks google) and THEN i found out she's also CRAZY, so now i love her. she reminds me of Lindsay Lohan but less trashy. plus she is so fucking cute! look how fucking cute she is! and how PRETTY is this dress!?!?! and her necklace!!--->SO ADORABLE fjkgjl
sooo idk how up on your celeb gossip you guys are, but Lily said some stuff about drugs a week or two ago ("I know lots of people that take cocaine 3 nights a week and get up and go to work everyday, no problem, but we never hear that side of the story. I just wish people wouldn't sensationalize this thing that just exists." - HAHA which im sorry, is kind of true: for every drug addict/alcoholic i know, i know 3 ppl who do drugs or drink regularly, and they are more productive than i am.), and of course caught flak for it and issued an apology ("Lily Allen would like to state unequivocally that she does not condone illegal drug use and has every sympathy with individuals and families whose lives have been blighted by drugs.").
NOW, i agree Lily Allen is in an unfortunate position of role-model-ness and should not be saying shit like that on the record. BUT THAT IS THE BEAUTY OF IT, she is crazy!
she also had a fight with Katy Perry which was hilarious. Katy called herself the "fatter version of Amy Winehouse and the skinnier version of Lily Allen" - and Lily naturally got pissed and threatened on Facebook to give out Katy's personal phone number if she said anything else, LMAO. hahahaha this is great middle school shit, i LOVE IT.
