Now that I'm done pretending I'm Elvis.....I'll get to my post.

So, our move went well. Major everything is in the house and put away, save for our bed which broke during the move, but since it's been less than a year I call the company up just to see if there was a warranty of any kind and they said they would replace the bed for FREE and expedite the shipping so I would get it faster. So that was a nice surprise. It should be here next week.

I started work here in our Ocala office on Wednesday, and it's been pretty nice. It have my own office now, so, it keeps distractions down to a minimum which was a huge problem in my old office. I'm not a fan of toting around a laptop, iPad, and 2 different iPhones everywhere I go, but whatever, it is what it is. Mid move my boss called me and asked me if I would be okay with going to Las Vegas for the trade show we are exhibiting at. I've been working with her to plan it for several months now and she wanted to bring me from the start but the budget got cut so we weren't permitted to bring all of the staff originally planned. Apparently as soon as she saw an opportunity and an excuse for me to go she snatched it up. So, I'm going to Las Vegas on Wednesday and I will be there through Saturday. I am staying at the Venetian, so I'm pretty excited. The thought of having to put extra effort into my appearance (curling my hair takes forever) is not so thrilling, because my wrist is in bad shape but it's a small price to pay.

So yay, Las Vegas!
If anyone has any suggestions of things I need to see please send them my way. I will really only have evenings free to do things.

Our Christmas decorations are all up, we hung lights and have our tree up. The kids Christmas presents are wrapped and ready to be put under the tree. We set up our nest so now our home is a smart home lol. Everything links to it, our garage door opener, our up bands, our lights....it's pretty cool. I hung curtains in our house which I am so excited about it's a little sad. Overall things seem pretty good. This has been a nice and actually pretty smooth transition for us. I'm ready for a steady stream of cool weather, this back and forth from hot to cold is annoying.
