(no subject)
it really has been like a lifetime since i last updated this thing. I don't know - things just kind of get left out - and livejournal has been one of them.
So whats happened - lots i guess. My pledge ed thing went awesome - I was a Rho Momma and it was an incredible experience - I helped bring in 10 amazing new girls into my sorority.
My sememster was filled with soo many ups, definately more ups than downs. In february I went home to Newfoundland for reading week - what a shitshow of a week me and Laura had. Not to mention a wedding in a blizzard. Gotta love Newfoundland for that.
I was elected Vice President of my sorority for next year and was sworn in last weekend. Thats super fucking exciting. A HUGE responsibility but one I think i'm ready for. It'll make for an interesting life experience if nothing else - 50 girls looking up to you to make decisions and guide them through their experience within the sorority. The sorority for me has done soo much and it was because of the executives that I am the person I am today within the sorority. I just hope I can give that much back.
I'm kind of crushing a new boy - hes cute and shy. SOO opposite of me but i think thats what I like. Date on wednesday!
School. well school's school. I took a couple of fourth year classes this semester and they went OK i guess. A fair amount of work to say the least. I should be studying right now for an exam i have tomorrow. But i'm just sick of reading - i've been doing that for days now. I'll get to it eventually.
I'm planning on doing summer school this summer and after that - just one year left and then i'm done this degree. On to something else then i guess. We'll see.
Well i think that recapped my semester fairly breifly - tons of stuff happened as i'm sure you can imagine. I always manage to have crazy adventures every week and I'm almost sad for myself that I haven't been recording them and putting them in here to look back upon. But if nothing else i've taken about 2000 pictures this semester. Typical Krista.
