I would like to apologies to every one I was real bicthy yesterday and I am sorry, it's just I was so tired. I just want to thank everyone who gave me advice on how to deal with my insomnia. I usually sleep like a baby, I think my insomnia was brought on my stress. June is almost here and I have a lot of work left to do, but after talking to my teacher yesterday and we came up with a plan so that I am not under so much strees. I was not taking any chances last night before I went to bed had a glass of milk and my doctor gave me this CD that is spouse to clam my nerves and help me relax. It worked before I knew it I was asleep.
