Cool Weekend!
This was a really great weekend! Alex and his girlfriend Jenni came up from Ottawa to visit for my birthday. Since I haven't updated all weekend I'll see if I can do a quick update:
When Al and Jenni got here we just hung out during the day. Al and I talked while Jenni looked uncomfortable. She pretended that she was having fun. but it's perfectly understandable, considering she had no idea who I was. Pre drinking started at 7:00, and around 9:00 Jenni had to take off and go home. Luckily her dad called me for directions while I was still sober enough to give him the right ones. We went to the Ceeps and drank beer. People bought me shots and stuff started to get wobbly. It was a great night , and I didn't get sick or anything. I wasn't even that drunk...
Saturday started late since we all slept in a bit. Basically we watched TV until we decided to go out with Jenni and her friends (Julie, Andrea, Jenni and _____ aw crap i forget her name). First we went to go meet Jenni's parents then we went downtown for coffee at Williams. After that we went to Prince Albert's for milkshakes. Andrea and _______ were REALLY shy so they headed home after that. Jenni, Al, Julie and I went and rented a movie then came back to my house to watch it. It was great since both girls seemed to be Super-Cool :D. The girls headed home at almost 5:00 am and Al and I crashed.
After getting happy news from Jenni, she and Al left to go back for Ottawa at 9:15 on Sunday (today). I really hope they had as great a weekend as I did!
