Consider this a general life update, yes?
...A lot's happened since the last time I mady a post. The biggest is that one of my older cousins got involved in a freak car accident last month and didn't survive. His memorial service was last weekend. I was always very fond of, and very close to the man- he got me drunk for the first time, and as you can imagine, that's a pretty big deal. I'm not all that broken up about it, honestly? I had my rage and my sorrow immediately after it happened, but as I've said before, we always had a good relationship and I had no regrets and only positive memories. If there's one thing life's taught me by now it's that sometimes, that's all you get. No, really, you're lucky if you get that much. All the same, goodbye, Billy- the world is less for you not being in it.
In vastly less depressing news, I started class today. Elecritcal engineering, so a lot of math probably but that in itself isn't a problem. I'll probably do fine- probably. Gotta get some shit with financial aid straitened out, but that should be easy. The state's been dicking me around about my other financial benefits, too. So it goes.
Do I have anything positive to say? I suppose... I still have my model kits, whatever good they do me. My health hasn't been in serious decline recently. I'm in a new game RP-wise and I rather love it there- Although that brings up other complications that I shouldn't worry too much about. I'm determined not to make the same mistakes again, anyway. Gotta learn sooner or later.
