I don't know if this would be the right place, but it's quite hard to find if you don't know: there is also a community for german-speaking NCIS-fans: ncis_germany.

This absolutely is the right place! *g* I can't believe I missed it when I did the update. I placed it under announcements/discussion/meta/news (since I can't read German and am basically guessing *g*), but if you think it fits another category better, please let me know.
