You do know that the Aramark employees are attending school here, right? It's party of work study. Same with a few of the custodial staff. In their cases, at least, it's not slavery. It's just the job they have on campus. Also, they make better wages than I do. Aramark pays more than does Housing.

I understand the logic, but perhaps you should research something you use as an example before misusing it.

Also, I've struggled with the idea of free higher education. Then it always occurs to me that college is a choice because a lot of people do not belong in college, and it has nothing to do with intelligence or socioeconomics. College demands a lot from people, and some people just don't have the right work ethic (I'm not saying they have no work ethic, I'm saying they might have a different kind).

Just something to think about.
