weird dream involving Meggi and Chess
That was a weird dream, ... I dreamt a lot of things, but this is the only part that I remember:
Meggi decided to attend MTSU for some weird reason, and she was staying in the Honors dorms (she in Wood and I in Felder.) For some reason I found myself wandering around the hallways, into Wood (you need a key to get in; that part was omitted), and I knocked on her door.
"Oh, hi, Daniel!"
"Hey, Meggi. Can I come in?"
"Sure."
So she went back to her computer and finished up a few things. I looked around her room, and it was phat, dawg.decorated really cool-like, with anime wallhangings and fuzzy soft carpet and soft lighting and a bookshelf brought from home against the far wall -- dec'd with manga, textbooks such as Calculus and Chemistry, other books -- and other stuff that I've never thought of before. Her room was a little messy, but tidy in a sense. She finishes on her computer (a desktop also on a desk that she brought from home.) "What's up?"
"Oh, nothing much ... just bored. Want to play a game of chess?"
"Um ... okay."
So we sit down on her soft fuzzy carpet floor, get out this very nice chess set, and begin playing. The door's propped open.
I hear a noise and look out into the hallway (without getting up.) It's deserted, and suddenly it seems very late. I turn back around and Meggi's gone, presumably hiding in the closet. But we continue our chess game, and she uses her brainpower to move the pieces, like Matilda or something.
And then I woke up.
