My talking will be somewhat limited to the music I play. Will engage listeners, encourage them to call in, and encourage requests. My music emphasizes music and instrumentation rather than lyrics and singing (and whining into mics.) More impressive to play than to sing. What do you want to accomplish by having a radio show?
I want to share new and uncommon music, and to play music on the radio. I want to be a member of the community. I want to have fun, and am a major music enthusiast (Major is/was Music.) Want to play things worthy of airtime that might not otherwise be played. I want to do everything I can to improve music and radio, and having a show will be thoroughly enjoyable for me and any audience I might amass.
Would you tune in (via 88.3 FM in Murfreesboro-Nashville area, or via webstream at http://wmts.org ) to a radio show that played music like this and encourages requests?
