Favorite FF7 AC gun user?
So who is your favorite Final Fantasy 7 Advent Children gun user? Is it Yazoo, Rufus, Barret, or Vincent, and not that it really matters, but who do you think is the best? Well judging from what I saw on Advent Children, I'll discuss my over all opinion to everybody's stats. Feel free to post your opnion.
Let's start of with Yazoo. What he lacks in physical strength, he makes up for his speed, and aim. He relies on a combination of both hand to hand combat, and his gun. Since he posses Jenova cells within him, this increases all of his abilities. We see him dodge quite a bit of Cloud's attacks, and it seemed as though he would even toy with him at times. Not to mention he is able to use his gun even while riding a motor bike. But to me, it seems as though he requires his fighting partner Loz in battle. I'm not saying he is weak, but it looks like he can't hold is own for a very long time, but that's my opinion. Even in the battle he had with Reno, he began to loose focus, and became a bit sloppy, and Loz came to the rescue. But overall, Yazoo is indeed a very skilled fighter, and would give anybody a worthy fight.

Next is Rufus Shinra. Through most of the movie, he was s in a wheelchair due to the draining effects of Geostigma. It should be noted that Rufus can walk since he used his leg strength to dodge Kadaj's blast. The wheelchair was only used to fool his enemies, and support Rufus when he is lacking energy from Geostigma. Anyway, his quick yet awesome performance in Advent Children proved that Rufus is one of Final Fantasy's best fighters. Despite Geostigma, he was still able to move quite fast, and still be able to fire a double barreled shotgun with one hand. Even though he didn't really get into a major fight, I would say without Geostigma holding him back, Rufus has a very similar fighting style as Yazoo. If his opponents somehow manage to evade his bullets, and get close enough, he might rely on his awesome speed, and retaliate with psychical attacks to keep his distance from his enemy. In fact, I can imagine Rufus fighting Bahamut with Avalanche if he was back to his old self. Regardless of his style, Rufus is very skilled with fire arms, and makes a deadly opponent.

Another skilled gun user is Vincent. Reason being is because like Yazoo, he to has Jenova cells within him. His triple barreled gun, Cerberus is very powerful, but seems to need allot reloading after a few shots. Other then that, Vincent displays impressive speed in Advent Children, which makes him a very hard target to hit. Even though his attacks weren’t really hurting Bahamut, he was still proving to be far quicker then the beast. Just like Rufus, Vincent is very smart, and tricky...I wish I can say the same for Yazoo. He knew when to jump into battle, the time to attack...he was flawless. He still posses abilities that no other Advent Children warrior has, and they are still hard to work to figure out,but it seems he can teleport. With his excellent mind, combined with his awesome gun skills, Vincent is indeed, next to Cloud, the strongest member of Avalanche.

Last, but not least is Barret. Now to be totally honest, I was a bit disappointed with Barret's performance in Advent Children, He was very slow, and his aim could have been a bit better. He seems to focus to much on the enemy, instead of also worrying about the battle field. This resulted in him being saved twice, other then that his attacks seemed to be very powerful. To be totally honest, I think Rufus, Yazoo, and Vincent can beat him in a 1 on 1 fight, because they have good speed, plus better aim. Not to mention each one would even use their surroundings as an advantage. But Barret does make you laugh through his fight scene, so that was pretty good.
