Various Final Fantasy Teams {A Repost}

Is there such thing as the perfect Final Fantasy team? If so what is it made of? I'm sure I know what most of you are thinking right now, there is no such thing as the perfect team. Well one thing all Final Fantasies share the three basic components of a good or "perfect" team. These are brute force/strength, magic, and summons. Below I have posted summaries of the three groups. Which do you use?

Brute Force
------------>
Brute force is basically when you build your Final Fantasy team to overwhelm your opponent(s) with powerful attacks, and physical limit breaks. Most people train there team to surpass the usual 9999 damage limit with ease. Limit breaks such as Squall's Lionheart, Titus's Blitz Ace, and Cloud's Omnislash are both capable of taking down any opponent with multiple slashes, each one surpassing the limit of 9999. But achieving this power is no easy task, and requires allot of your spare time. It’s easy to say that only loyal fans of Final Fantasy are the ones to achieve this power. The first step is to obviously level up, but leveling up can differ depending on the game. In my case, all my characters in Final Fantasy 8 are at 100, and I use the brute force tactic. But for Final Fantasy 7, your characters an be around 70-80's to be considered Brute Force material, unlike 8 were it best to be at 100. After leveling up your next goal is too get everybody’s ultimate weapon. Of course each weapon is not easy to obtain, but is worth it when you have it at last. That's the basic idea for Brute Force teams, but I went a step further. In Final Fantasy 8, I junction various magic’s to my attack and defense. So not only did I punish my enemies, but if they were lucky to survive my attacks, they will have a status effect on them, example blind. Plus, most magi effects were futile against me. :D So there's your brute force team. The down side about this type of team is that you can't really enjoy the battle like you would want to, in other words....it makes the game way to easy.

Magic
------------>
Next in line is good old magic. Now these type teams (to me) are the most difficult to use, and master. Not to mention it’s the most sensitive of all teams. The basic idea of these teams is to defeat your opponent with a combination of magical attacks. For example casting blind, slow, and poison on an enemy is the best way to render it harmless and then take it out with your attacks as best as you can, or even finish them off with attack magic. To acquire this kind of team you must go on a journey to find the magic, of course the way you get it once again depends on the game. Final Fantasy 7, buy, find, and level up magic. Final Fantasy 8 requires you rely on drawing it from monsters, and leveling up your GF'S (Guardian Forces.) Though magic teams are very effective at times, they have on major weakness. As you progress through the game, the monsters, bosses, ect get stronger and often absorb or become immune to magic attacks, especially the major bosses. Of course this type of team can get you through the game quite well; you will find it much harder to beat when you get towards the end.

Summons
----------->

Now this is the most original kind of team. Basically if you don't feel like training to you don't feel like training at your best, or getting all the best magic, people often allow their summons to do all the talking. In most cases thought they rely on summons all the time have a some what defenseless team, and need them to get through tough spots. Though summonses are fun to watch, and have awesome attacks, it gets kind of old seeing the same beats come to the rescue. I was once a lover of summons in FF8 and loved them so much, they are all on 100. Only because I wanted to learn all the abilities they had. But after I made my team strong, I stop using them all together. In most Final Fantasies summons become virtually powerless come the final boss, and often will have no choice but to buff up your team.

There you have it, my versions of all the possible team kinds of Final Fantasy teams out there. If you feel I missed one, or some, feel free to say. Over all, each type of team has their advantages and disadvantages...which one will you choose, if not already chosen?
