I feel really weird right now. exposed, like my breast plate has been ripped out of my chest and there's cold air slipping through the gaping, gulping hole, wrapping itself around my internals.

I've been sitting plastered to the couch, arms straight down on either side, palms upwards, eyes glued to the television.
