I went into work today, clocked in and went to my desk to start working on a design. About fifteen minutes later, my supervisor came up to me and asked me to meet her in the HR office. So I go in and the HR manager is waiting for me with a piece of paper. I read it and it's a record of my tardies for the last 12 months. Apparently, I'd accumulated 39 attendance "points" and because of new corporate guidelines, they are have to suspend me. OBVIOUSLY, this is bullsh*t because I'm an excellent employee and their top seller! I told them this and more...
