I always found funny the way Gwen reacted, so sure Ianto wanted to take his turn with the bride. And the look on Jack face.

hey; we never been with them 24/24. so how could we know what he said or not?

"Don't" can be the beginning of a lot of sentences. like " Don't give up" "don't leave me"

For a dying man saying "I love you" mean more or less "Good bye"

If Jack had answer "I love you" too. admitting he had never told him before, it would have meant more or less " Ok guy, now that you're dying, I can tell you cause he won't matters any more"

I like better to think Jack just don't want to believe it's the end.
