People call one tree a tree, and then a totally different tree a tree without really noticing the slightest differences, but then they look at themselves and all of the sudden all the differences become magnified. I guess it is to (in most people's eyes) a way to keep things from getting boring. You are Bob and you look different but you are still just a person. This tree looks different but it is still just a tree like that other tree. People seem to ignore similarity so they can place meaning on things that don't mean anything in reality. I reflected on past events in my life today, and it really emphasized how i always feel like i am living in a dream. Everything seems surreal to the point where reality doesn't even matter anymore.
