Fastlane.
This is me describing the first three minutes of an episode of Fastlane, which was an intensely gratuitous show in the early 2000s about cops with no badges who live like criminals and fight crime and one of them isn't really a cop!
Below is all you really need to know about it, except there is also usually a lot of sex too. It got canceled after one season.
The episode is called 'Asslane'. I'm not even joking. :(

[00:20] willocwen: and imagine a guy like poking out of the storage compartment, the roof it, at the closest end to the cab

[00:20] willocwen: now imagine
[00:20] willocwen: lets replace blackguy with chris evans

[00:21] willocwen: shoot the guy poking out of the truck

[00:21] willocwen: anyway that happens in fastlane
[00:21] TheBloodedPrince: do they shoot through the wall and roof of the storage thing

[00:21] TheBloodedPrince: so the wall and roof are blocking
[00:22] willocwen: yes
[00:22] TheBloodedPrince: and i guess they're on motorcycles
[00:22] willocwen: wow the guy fell back into the truck
[00:22] willocwen: and is now on fire
[00:22] TheBloodedPrince: hwogjs
[00:22] TheBloodedPrince: did their bullets have fire
[00:22] TheBloodedPrince: other than the gun kind
[00:22] willocwen: no there was already burning materials inside
[00:22] TheBloodedPrince: ahhh
[00:22] willocwen: like a bunsen burner
[00:22] willocwen: that was switched on
[00:22] willocwen: for no reason
[00:22] TheBloodedPrince: wow
[00:22] willocwen: around highly flammable chemicals
[00:22] TheBloodedPrince: did they just kill a guy trying to escape from being burned
[00:23] TheBloodedPrince: or was he just hanging out in a place with bunsen burner + flammable materials in a fast-moving truck

[00:23] willocwen: no he was trying to get the girl on the roof of the truck who was being lifted off by a helicopter
