the pixies were the best show i've ever seen, simply amazed. Ted Leo and the Pharmacists also played a great show friday. saturday was sweet because DeJuan and Matt Bolton himself came over and proved how close detroit really is to the rest of the world. Matt fucking Bolton, it was amazing seeing that blast from the past. Its funny how just sitting there with those two make you think of the people who really have always been there for you even through the stunt-your-growth years in high school. Some people just have the bigger picture. so fuck yeah, and today i rode my bike solo downtown to the new ice rink which is absolutely adorable. I will be ice skating the second i'm back from minneapolis this thanksgiving.
