Old fashioned-style in the pot?
That's the money!
Take a large pot that has a fitting lid. With your stove on a 6, splash some olive oil in there and a few kernels. Swish around and wait till you hear that glorious popping. Add in more kernels (1/4 cup should do good for 2), and continue to shake that baby. When the popping stops, throw your freshly popped delights into a bowl, top with a little melted butter or whatever have you, and enjoy the best popcorn ever.
