...Mr. Barry called me down to his office after French today, and I was FREAKEDOUTOMG because I thought I was in trouble. For, oh say...kind of unintentionally and excusably skipping Health this morning? But NO! He wanted to tell me that I'd WON A GOLD KEY FOR SCHOLASTICS FOR MY SHORTSHORT STORY. ^___________^ I had pretty much given up on that back in February because I'd sent it in in December or something, and got no word of it till today.
Basically, it's THIS story with a few things changed (ie: Ginny's name: I didn't want them to know it was really HP fanfiction *shame*). I'd had it posted on AT for a while before deciding that I liked it enough to try for Scholastics.
