Mississippi Nigggghhhts!!!

Alright so Friday: We had a 30 minute band practice. Then i came home to find my PayPal debit card had arrived in the mail (WOOOOO) so I went online and activated it, then went to work till 9:15 and hung at Rick's till like 11.
Saturday: The big Mississippi Nights show, I got up and used my new card for the first time, which worked, but I paid inside since I wasn't really sure what to do. We went to the show and there was some boring standing around till Sliding Society played, they fuckin' rocked hard. Played really well. After them it was more standing around listening to shitty bands. Then we finally got on at 1:40 and I screwed up the begginging to Stop the Lies because I had never used the pick I used and so it was slippery and it kept slipping out of my fingers. That sucked, I wished I had played that better. Well during our set this kid yelled at us asking what who we were and Alex was like "Fail to Succeed" then some kid in the opposite side of the crowd yelled "YOU GUYS FUCKIN ROCK!!" That was pretty damn rad. Then afterwards Hancock said some kid near her was like "Yeah finally a punk band a punk-off!!" and there were some other kids that came up to us saying they liked us. Pretty crazy how much acceptance we got compared to all our last shows combine.
Afterwards we walked the some 1-2 miles to Hooters in Union Station and ate some food not worth the price, but I guess its because you pay for the boobs. Kyle Society had the idea for a male Hooters and I came up with the best name...Peckers. Alex thought the idea should be a sideways P, haha that was funny shit. After eating there and walking around Union Station we came back to Rick's and played video games (Mario Kart and James Bond Goldeneye for Nintendo 64) for 3 hours, not sure why. Fun none the less. Then we went to Imo's and got some half price pizza and finished the night going to Alex's house and relaxing in the hottub.
Tommorow, I work 10 AM till 7 PM (boo) and gotta mow the grass and do homework. Booooo.
Thursday ...And You Will Know Us By the Trail of Dead is coming to Mississippi Nights, if anyone has heard of them and wants to join me, pleaseeeeeeeeee tell me, I don't want to go alone. Or you can ask me for their CD and I'll let you borrow it, or download it, or if you enjoy indie music just come!!! Please, someone, anyone, I'll drive.
