Today went way too fast
I woke up at 0830 but went back to sleep until my alarm went off at 0900. I was awake then and was laying there waiting for Titus to wake up. He always wakes up at the first alarm and makes snoozing hard. But he wasn't moving. So I started to poke and shake and push at him. After about 10 minutes, he finally kicked me back. But that was it. In an hour, I was only able to make him move once. I wouldn't usually freak out except that Titus is ALWAYS moving and ALWAYS awake when my alarm goes off. So after calling mom (she said to wait a little bit. He might be having an off day), calling Shawn (he told me to go to Madigan immediately) and talking to Julie (she said to go eat some sugar to see if that wakes him up), I called my midwives and they said to come in and get checked. So, Julie, Bella and I all drove up to Madigan. I check in with OB/GYN and they tell me it will be a while so they send me up to Labor and Delivery Triage. By now it's been 2 hours and he's now moved slightly about 6 times. Still lower than what they want (20 moves in 2 hours). I get all strapped to the monitors and they watch his heart rate. What happens next? He goes back to normal. He's rolling and kicking and flailing. Brat. But I'm glad I went in. Because of my stress this morning, he has been moving around ALL DAY. Double brat.
After I got back with Julie and the little one, I ended up staying over a Julies for a while. At about 3, I finally got back to my house. I sat down and cleaned out of my inbox. I had about 1500 unread emails in there. Granted, after about 45 minutes, I just started to delete shit. I got that done and watched the kids while Julie was dropping off Lexi for cheer leading. I made dinner, watched the kids again (picking up from cheer leading) and now I'm alone. I guess I did do one thing off my list that I have in a journal (clean out my inbox), but I still haven't cleaned the litter box. I might just wait until the morning to do it. And I have dishes I need to wash before I go to bed so they can dry over night.
I dunno what I'm going to do tonight. I did like going to bed last night feeling like I did some major work in the house. I'm sure I'll find something to do tonight. I think I'm gonna sit down and watch 2 Broke Girls to see if its a good show and then I'll clean. Shawn said he will be out at the range late so I'll be able to stay up and hopefully hear from him when he gets back from the range.
Tomorrow I need to take the books I have to the book donation box, take the Comcast cable box to the UPS store to mail back and then take this big box of junk to Goodwill. I think maybe tonight I will clear out the boxes in the front room and get things ready to donate tomorrow. And roll the broken TV outside and by the garage can. Yes. I think that's what I'm going to do. =)
