here it is, friday night, and all i want to do is jump into some sweats and watch dil chahta hai. this week has been so long, and i didn't even go to three of my four 8am classes.
auditions were yesterday. they went VERY well, i was extremely happy with the girls we chose. divine is now ten members (the number we were hoping for). 13 girls auditioned, which is awesome comparing to outspoken's 20. they've got a pretty kickass lineup of newbies, too: scott, keith, and josh, among others. this year is going to be a lot of fun.
dinner at aj's with the (old) divine ladies and some others was awesome. my favorite parts included desi beatboxing while we sang toxic, and susannah "dropping it like it's hot." i'm going to miss that girl dearly while she's in london.
who else is going to make a stabbing motion with a fork toward maria's chest and yell, "GIMME MY SLICE O' THE PIE!" ???
i've realized lately that i'm more of a risk-taker than i thought. i talk about things that i do in everyday life, and people look at me like i'm crazy. but honestly, what's the point in life if you're not having fun? i don't care whether i should do something or not. if i want to, i will. i'm going to deal with the consequences, whatever they may be. so shut the hell up.
i found a store in town that i've decided i'm going to be in love with. it's my secret, since nobody i know to-date will be able to share my adoration for all that it is. when i meet someone who can, i'll be ecstatic to be able to take them.
