When Wendy leaves Alice (and the Hatter) to her worries (and his puzzlement), she is moving with purpose but her path doesn't take her immediately back to the Queen Margaret as one might expect. Instead she buttons up her coat and tucks loose strands of hair back, assured of her own relative respectability, and then ruins the (admittedly charming) effect by jogging up the library steps instead of taking them at a more ladylike pace. It only takes a few well-placed inquiries to lead her in the direction of the nexus's grand collection of atlases.
W...W...Wales...Washington...Waverly...Whangarei...Whiteleysburg...Wonderland.
"Excuse me? Sir? Excuse me? ...yes, I would like to copy this, please, and...the south-northerly waters of the nexus. Have they been recently - oh, marvelous. You are a treasure."
