Better New Letter

I edited my letter to be better! That rhymes. I'm pasting it here, so I can retrieve it at home. (I am at school. Digital Media so I can get to my LJ...bad me, not doing work. Never mind there's nothing to do.) Decided to put the Jann Jones bit in a separate letter

Not a problem! I'm flattered. And I love the new movies. I like how you're building your own characters and story lines. That Caffiend villian's obsessive Jokerlove for Steph is so cute! I LOVED the end where she ninja vanished and he smiled- that's a complex relationship you've got going there.

And as always, completely blown away by the amount to effort you put into these. No matter how many times I see that costume, I can't stop slavishly loving it. And you've improved greatly as you've gone on too! It's impressive.

My only tip is to use the subtitles more sparingly- though you didn't use them at all in the second part and it worked, so maybe you already know that. They work and serve their purpose- I liked the dialogue between Steph and her stabee. But after that you only really needed three subtitles "gotta get help or I'll bleed to death (or something similar to that)" "Is this the way I came?" then towards the end the hurtssomuchI'mlostcan'tconcentrateohgodsodizzy shtick

Anyway, love the videos so much! I don't have a youtube account so I'll probably just pounce on you here to praise them next time one comes out. They're more exciting and in character than the comics these days, and I love your "suburban vigilante" angle. Also, you've PROVED TO THE WORLD Steph would look awesome live action. My favorite fight had to be the one where Ninjaguy thought the chick was Steph and kidnapped her and real!Steph rescued her. Nice choreography on that one, and showed major improvement from first vids.

Anyway, I'm rambling so, your videos are awesome, I'm adding the new ones to the wiki, etc.

Thanks for adding the new vids to the wiki. My efforts seem more real when they are recognized by others - I know I should just be proud of doing something for a character I admire - but dang, being added to the biggest Spoiler database ever created makes me feel like my waves are having an impact. Don't get me wrong, I know I have a long way to go before my work is up to AWSOME levels. I'm that person in the theatre ragging on the acting, sfx, cgi, stunts, dialogue, story. My friends have a rule, I'm not allowed to talk. So these first videos are the tests that will work me up to my big Spoiler plan (insert diabolical laughter here).

You've cemented my resolve to limit the sub-titles. My Father thought they were a little much as well. It just seemed like having Spoiler wander around in the woods for 3 minutes without saying anything would lose those viewers that can't read the situation for what's happening. I was even more worried that no one would get the reference to the Batgirl issues where Steph haunted Cass.

I'm very proud of the white ninja video, lotsa views XD What would you think of a Spoiler vs. Twilight vampires video? The title alone would draw in the teenybopper crowd and get them exposed to the awsomeness of Spoiler. I didn't want to get into the meta side of things but using someone elses success to draw in the numbers could boost viewership. Hope that doesn't make me a bad person.
