Xmas
I went to Wizarding World HP! IT WAS AMAZING. I got tons of candy, a replica of Hermione’s wand, a Pygmy Puff and a Gryff pen. There were street performers and the Hogwarts ride and all the shops were straight out of the books, I’ll do a more detailed post later AND give y’all pictures.
ALSO there was the Marvel comic park. Storm has her own ride, which I think is cool. There was a store too: I got the Thor: Mighty Avenger trade, SWORD trade and Marvel Fairytales. Obvs these are all amazing.
I am at Xmas w/ my little cousins who love me for some reason. They were fighting over sitting next to me! Bella (not that one my cousin is amazing okay) loves the Pygmy Puff and we married it to the nutcracker.
Also she insisted on watching my neeew Sailor Moon DVDs. I had to switch to the English Dub since she’s only six and I can’t expect her to read subtitles and deal with swearing and scary stuff and Japanese names. But my DVDs keep the original music even in the dub version and it’s uncut (enough that I was afraid about exposing her to all this partial nudity and people being stabbed- she yelled “this is too sad” when Tuxedo Mask got stabbed, I had to tell her it happens to him every other week, so he’ll be fine) so it at least keeps the spirit, so wasn’t too terrible, though it’s the dub, yknow, but she’s too young to care about awful voice acting and dialog that’s a mockery of the original.She absolutely loved it! I’m sort of proud. She insists on watching the last movie Xmas morning (It’s the S movie so that fits) and was telling her parents all about this COOL GIRL SUPERHERO.
She is seriously the sweetest girl ever, she told me she loved me twenty times and how nice I was. I am surprisingly good with kids! When did this happen?
