Wonder Woman
This issue was kind of bla. Diana waxing poetic about morning was hilarious and sweet, Etta was awesome in her two lines and the ending was like...whaaa? The rest of it was also like "wha" but I guess it will all make sense as it goes on. The Nicola Scott pages were pretty, the Dagnino ones were not.

Oh Rucka Kate and Renee. I will miss thee. :'(. Batwoman gets our serial killer and Bette, and it turns out it was a case Batman solved earlier or something. Bette wants to be a sidekick. I hate seeing characters go to waste, so it would be good to see Bette be used- but the thing is she's Yet Another Blonde Chick. The Batfamily has one of those. In fact, her appearance caused me to accidentally start a Twitter War. I believe that just because all these characters are blonde doesn't mean they're not cool or unique, but seriously DC. It's a comic, you can change someone's hair color or race and fans may bitch about it, but they will eventually settle down- or how about this- you can have NEW ETHNICALLY INCLUSIVE CHARACTERS. Shocking, I know.
And on a unrelated note, the artist in Batwoman makes Bette's costume look really tacky, when it actually isn't. Down on the pointy shoulders there, hombre.
The Question backup contained Helena and Renee snark, and Veronica Cale, which was awesome. I will miss the Renee/Helena team up so much.

Tim...compliments Steph on how cool she is. Like a lot. And there was this moment where it looked like she was about to get captured but then she just kicked the guy in the face. And then Tim is all "Steph has a plan, and it is a good one. PLEASE SAVE US STEPH." And then she DOES. She saves Tim with the Richochet.
WUTWUTWUT THIS IS TOO AWESOME FOR WORDS I CANNOT TELL YOU HOW IT BOGGLES ME TO SEE DC ACTUALLY RESPECTING STEPH AND TIM ACTUALLY BEING NICE TO STEPH AND WHAT IT IS LIKE OPPOSITE PLANET I AM TOO SHOCKED WUT.
Moving on- Tim tells Steph to go save Babs and is all "it's better you're not here..." because...Tim is interrogating a criminal. Tim, Steph sees you do it that a lot. She won't be bothered. Maybe she'll disapprove of you making Prudence do your dirty work and that's what you're embarrassed about.
Meanwhile, Tam Fox is cool and tackles Vicki Vale so she doesn't get shot. Then Vicki is cool because she shovels a ninja's face. But mostly she is annoying because she won't shut up asking Tam about Tim. So Tam is like "WE'RE ENGAGED." The OUT OF THE BLUE NINJA GRABS VICKI. But STEPH TO THE RESCUE GO STEPH. And then she's all "WHAT DID YOU JUST SAY MISS?" to Tam. AWWWWKWARD.
Meanwhile, Damian accosts Tim, and naturally, is a brat. He is about to insult Steph "BATGIRL MORE LIKE FATGIRL AMIRITE?" when he sees Pru and attacks. But Tim is all SMACKDOWN SHUT UP DAMIAN. Then Dick is all "BREAK IT UP GUYZ."
Tim says "DICK I NEED YER TRUST. :;( And Dick is all OKAY. TENDAH MOMENTS.
And then we have a big splash of everyone being targeted. This includes Julie Madison. Way to be obscure, I had to think for five minutes before I remembered who she was and Mom had to ask me. Also, we have to see her in the bathtub. Whatevs.
Anyway, this was another great issue. ILU TIM. ILU STEPH. ILU DICK. I EVEN LU TAM. Damian, I like seeing you bodyslammed.

I think I bought another comic but I can't remember it. Must not have been memorable!
So um guys, somehow watching all of the Yugioh Abridged has made me watch the actual show. Only I skip all the card games which is like 98% of it. The other parts are talking about friendship so I skip some of that too and just watch the parts with Kaiba. Beeecause I like him for some reason I'm not sure why. Possibly because he never talks about friendship. And throws cards at people as a main form of self defense, seriously, wtf? Also this:
Seto: We can't expect anyone to ever help us ever again and we 'll always have to look after ourselves.
Mokuba: Aaaand I guess that was your idea of a pep talk. Thanks.
I like Mokuba too. Not sure why. Because his kidnappings are hilarity? I also like Joey because BROOKLYN RAEGE AND he's cool in season 0.
I don't regret watching Yugioh Abridged even if it's made me sink to these depths. I REGRET NOTHHHHING.
Also, Season 0 is really funny because Yugi gets the shit beaten out of him every episode because he is three feet tall and therefore a fist magnet and his alter ego is a fucking psycho who maims or traumatizes all his opponents (and in the manga it's even worse) and Joey is basically his gangsta bodyguard.
