I am alive!

Upon the request of my cousin, Angie, I have decided to finally type out an update. I know it’s been FOREVER….but I guess I just got tired of writing in my journal. I admire those that stick with it and write everyday, I just don’t have the time or the will to do so. Anyway…this semester has been pretty good, gone by extremely fast. Nathan and I have been together for almost eight months. So…that’s good. My classes have been difficult this semester, well one in particular. My critical reading teacher is an incredibly smart man, but he’s a paper nazi. I try so hard on those papers and I still end up getting B- or C’s….it sucks. Also it seems like every time I don’t read for class, there ends up being a random quiz. Awesome. I’m doing well in my comm. skills class, but I knew I would because this semester we’ve been focusing on public speaking. Everyone that even knows me a little bit knows that I love to talk in front of an audience. I can’t wait to move into my apartment last year, it’s going to be so neat to have a place of my own (well and the roommates). This summer I am going to try to work two jobs and I am also taking one class at the community college. That class will run from June 27th to August 1st and will be 4 times a week. It’s the last math class I will EVER have to take…and the best part is that my grade won’t even transfer, just the credits. Yes! Nathan and I have been searching for a good Thai restaurant around the Blacksburg area and we FINALLY found on in Radford. It’s called Thai House and it is wonderful, we went there last night for dinner. We also stopped by Walmart and I bought some cute new panties and Hotel Rwanda. I have been DYING to see it and I’ve heard it’s worth owning, I’m gonna pop that in the DVD player in just a big and watch it. I also have two 6-8 page papers and a test this week, so I’m going to stay in tonight and get a jump start on that. Alright, well…there’s an update in a nutshell. Blacksburg is gorgeous in the spring, the weather is perfect and it makes me so happy! Love yall!
