Bond simply alks into the office of M and states what he wants. :D He's clearly her subordinate, but doesn't bow, nope, he's sneaky (during the coffee break, of course :D wonder how long he had waited^^) And arrogant. Oh so arrogant. (especially ehre he comments he would burn out Q, even though he's a 2nd level Sentinel. How powerful is he compared to the norm? And how powerful is then Q?)

I just noticed... it's kind of interesting. Bond is a amazing, good-looking, dangerous, always wins, always gets the women, etc. But the moment he comes 'home' he's just another agent with a number. Kind of sad, kind of... well, it makes James Bond sympathical.

M is exasperated and just knows that this will end in fireworks - cause two egos like Bond's and Q's? Fireworks, guarateed. But maybe it can also lead to a happy ending... right. ;)

I'm happy that for once James Bond is weaker than Q. It makes for a nice power balance. Bond will have to be great, to get this Guide. ;)

I didn't realize my productivity was so high that you're losing track ;) But there is always my FF Masterlist, in that case. Let's see... As for 00Q, you commented on "Albedo" Part's 1 & 2... but not on "The Crooked Kind" (http://neverminetohold.livejournal.com/63741.html). I hope that settles the confusion...

Well, considering that he broke into M's private flat right at the start of "Casino Royale" I doubt he would wait and make an appointment ^.^

Hm... Alright, as a loyal reader ;) you get privileges. So, about him burning out Vesper... First off, whenever she comes into play, James is not exactly a reliable narrator (Like when he calls her 'bitch' and claims he has never loved? Yeah, right!). He HAS NOT burned her out. Notice how M states he's just a 'second rate' Sentinel? He is a great 00-agent, but in my head-canon, MI6 would never even employ Sentinels if they were dependent on their enhanced senses, in fact, I'm sure they train them to use them as sparingly as possible. So Bond is feeling guilty over her death, but it happened more or less like in canon, he just THINKS he could be a danger to Q, especially under the misconception that Q is a Guide with only a week talent (in fact, Q has shields so strong that even a Sentinel needs skin-contact to identify him as such).

I don't know. I don't see Craig!Bond at all like that. All the women he gets tend to die and are mission objectives, other seem to be just one-night stand bed-warmers. He has a drinking problem, no true friends or familial relationships. In all the movies, he managed to stop the villains, but he doesn't really save anyone, especially not in "Casino Royale" or "Skyfall", to my knowledge.

Do you, per chance, have a prompt for the next part? I'm a bit stumped. I wanted this to be a drabble collection, but now it seems they are more interconnected topic-wise than I thought they would be. I have no clue how Bond would "woe" Q now... Damn >_<
