Sorry, my internet's been wonky so I just saw this. Anyway, yeah. Actually, I think the singular thing that eventually made me feel at least somewhat less awkward than the even-way-more-awkward-than-I-am-now that I used to be was realizing that almost everyone I thought wasn't awkward felt just as awkward as I did.
That sentence, however? Unquestionably awkward.
Anyway, empathy with the lack of funds. I might actually be up there sometime in the next couple of weeks. I've sort of been making vague motions toward trying to organize some kind of excursion, although I'm not sure if I'm going to be able to work it out what with the whole three-weeks-'til-I-leave thing. But if I do succeed, I will give you a call while I'm in town.
