No matter where you may be, you'll probably see the Joker hopping down the street, as though he were in a straitjacket. He'll stop occasionally, either
1. Laughing.
2. Looking around at the street signs.
3. Hopping towards YOU?
A large trail of blood is being left behind him and doesn't seem to be stopping any time soon, his eyes are clouded over and he looks as though he's going to die soon. Why is that? Both his arms are gone.
But hey, the Joker actually looks like his old clown self again. It's really quite unsettling, approach with caution.]
