We've had a... I suppose defector would be the word for it, show up at the Tower. His name is Luke. He's a sweet boy, but he's ill and he was scared to death when I came down to see him. He used to work for some sort of organized crime syndicate up until he contracted HIV and tried to run away before he was killed or worse because of it. He wants to provide us with information in exchange for amnesty. I have him sequestered in a room right now where he can rest, so if you'd like to talk to him when he's gotten a bit better, that's where you'll find him.
