I need to visit the Conrad for a few hours, if that's okay with you both. Daniel Faraday came through the Rift almost a month ago and I've been... Avoiding this meeting for long enough. I don't know if you remember him, but he was the man who came through the Rift with me about a year ago and died here. Presumably, this is just another version of him and I suppose I feel... A bit responsible for him, even if he isn't the one from my universe.
I plan on taking Marshall's car so I won't have to walk and risk getting attacked by the CLF and I'll have my phone. I shouldn't be gone very long, but if something comes up, I can be back in no time at all.
