Kuroro wasn't a man particularly interested in extravagance. All the riches he had gathered in his various dealings weren't spent on things to fuel his own ego or boost his standing in communities. He simply bought what he wanted. Yesterday, he had bought a house. Whilst before he had been waiting in an old fortress created in a nearby forest, he had made a certain image of himself in front of Benny and wished to maintain it. It was a large house-strictly speaking, it was a Manor. The walls around the garden were unkempt and the wooden gate appeared old and rotted, but once passed that, it was revealed to be a trick-the grounds were carefully maintained and the rotted wood was just a shell over a solid metal gate.
Kuroro appreciated the double nature of his abode, even if he was well aware he would be selling it, for much more than he had paid, in a few days. It was just his way to appreciate things until he lost interest and move on. This place would be no exception. Although he had brought two of his Phantom Troupe with him, he had let them spend the ten days as they wished. No doubt Pukunoda and Shalnark would end up doing something incredibly illegal, but they wouldn't get caught, so why worry?
As it was, Kuroro was just sitting in an expensive arm chair, leaning his forearms on his legs, idly reading the book in his hand-Naked Lunch.'
The fashion of the day was a pair of black leather trousers that fitted to his skin so tightly it seemed that he was almost one with them and a blue pinstripe shirt, the colour matching his ear rings. He wasn't covering the cross on his forehead today-there seemed no point.
