My parents sold their house! They are planning on building a new one, so they decided to put it up on the market, just in case it took forever to sell. Last time they wanted to move, the house was "for sale" for 6 months with notsomuch as an offer. A year later, they sold it in 4 days. They posted a sign last week, and signed a contract on it yesterday. Crazy!
The funny thing is... the buyer needs to move in by July 24th because they've also sold their house. My parents don't have anywhere to live yet! They're going to by an RV and park it on the land while they build the new house. In the meantime, I think they'll have to stay with my grandma. That should be fun for everybody!
