And meeting him in public right now is a little more likely, as he's ventured from his flat to a fairly (or so he believes) empty section of the Academy library, pile of books in front of him

Tired of the books he'd found, the Master found the staircase without too much effort and bounded up the stairs. Finally making it all the way up to the roof and only panting slightly he looked about until he found Rain.

"Forgive me for not coming by to see the flowers quite yet," he said, as he approached her. "I'd really better hurry before I run out of time."

Rain smiled at him. "Maitre! It's okay, look!" She gestured around to the various pots of flowers she'd planted on the roof. "They're here, too!"

"So they are," said the Master, smiling back, looking around. "I can see why the Library likes you."
