(no subject)
Ok, I love horses...and I love being out at the barn everyday...but before I started going out there, I hadn't had poison ivy since I was a little girl pretty much. And now I've had it three times. Once last summer...and TWICE this summer. >_< ::screams a random string of profanities::
I'm pretty sure I got it this time from petting the barn cats. They'll all run up to me (3 cats) when I get there in the morning...I always wear flip flops into the barn and then change into my boots and while I'm sitting on the steps doing that they come over and want scratches and stuff. Of course I dote all over them and everything...ugh but I can't do that because they run around outside the barn through the weeds and stuff looking for mice and what-not...
I HOPE that's where I got it. I hope I didn't get it from Missy. Although if that's where I got it, I'd have it on my face too because of when I layed on her neck.
Ugh. It's managable right now. I have an itty bit on my left arm...barely noticeable because I caught it in time...a small spot on my right hip also not too noticeable...and a spot the size of about 2 quarters or so inbetween my shoulder and collar bone sort of. I have the Aclovate and some of the pills left over from June...as well as plenty of Benedryl pills on hand...so hopefully I'll be able to keep it under control. Although it if it gets any worse, I'll be going in for a friggan shot ASAP. I can't wait like I did last time - there's nooooo way that I want to spend the last month of my summer the way my first month was. >_<
And I especially don't want to miss my All American Rejects...which, btw...I need to be buying tickets for. Tara, how do you want to do that?
