Ok, so I'm home now. Been nice, I guess. I didn't realize how burnt out I really was until I finally took the time to relax. Seen some old friends. Some I really missed and was excited to see, others I wish I hadn't seen at all. But that's what happens when you come home, I guess. It has been fun spending time with my nephews and nieces. I don't get to see them that much anymore and they're growing up really fast. A lot of changes going on in the family. My free-loading aunt is FINALLY moving out, after moving in with us over ten years ago to "look for an apartment". And who knows what's going on with my crazy sister. But that's just my family - always some sort of drama.

Well, I'm going to be busy while I'm home, packing up all my stuff. One of my sisters may be moving with us or we may be moving or something, either way I gotta take this time to pack my stuff up, since I don't really live here anymore anyway. SO much stuff, I'm such a pack rat! Its been kinda weird, too, coming across old yearbooks and stuff. Boy, have things changed!! Its kinda sad to sit there and read what people wrote in your yearbook about always being friends no matter what and how much you meant to them, and at the time you believed it but now you know that person's just full of BS! The quote from senior year was "True friends are hard to find, even harder to lose and impossible to forget." It was meant to describe our friendship, but in the end it just taught me who my TRUE friends really are.

Oh, well. I guess this is what growing up is all about. And even though it hurts a little, I have to say in the end, I'm better for it.
