I had thought, perhaps, to record what I have learned since coming here so that everyone could have at least a basic grasp of this situation. And yet--I have not heard of any new arrivals, besides Jiro and myself. Do the arrivals adhere to some schedule? Or perhaps it has something to do with the scientists' business. That would be useful information as well.
It's hard to concentrate on writing, though. Even without a deadline, I still feel an anxiety, a need to know how my world will fare. Current circumstances make things difficult, but maybe later...ah, but I've learned my lesson from last time, Balthier. I'll look before leaping, you can rest assured of that.
The rain is nice, at least. It makes everything smell fresher. Clean.
