My time machine! Well, time and space machine. Only right now it really only works in space and not time. Welll, it goes forward in time still, but just about everything does. Only now it goes forward at the same rate as everyone else.

[It doesn't take Nimueh long to find the strange blue box; it took her longer to assemble the materials she would need. She doesn't know what exactly she plans to do to the Doctor; she doesn't know him well enough to know how best to hurt him. So she has a few supplies with which she can conjure up any number of horrors without drawing attention to herself.

She knocks on the door.]

[There was an art to wrapping people around your finger -- you had to be exactly what they expected. Nimueh could not be entirely different from how she was before, lest the Doctor suspect the change. So her answering smile was small and wary, but hopeful as well.

And, as she peeked inside, honestly surprised.]
