I can't remember the last time he kissed me like this. The way he pulls me close, needing to feel the full length of my body pressing against him as he captures my mouth in his. Desperate. He's scared.
He's going to explode, and I'm scared, too. Terrified that this time, he won't survive. That he'll be ripped apart so badly he can't come back.
Oh, God. That might have been our last kiss.
I'm ascending… it feels like I'm leaving him in hell. I hope he knows how much I love him.
Survive this, Jack. Come back to me.
