Our rules are changing slightly.
While this comm will remain S1 and S2 Doctor/Rose centered, our prompts are now open for use by anyone. Fic posted in the comm itself will still be limited to Doctor/Rose however we will be inviting writers of OT [off-topic] fic to submit their links and we will post them once a month in an OT Round Up Post. For complete details, please consult the Official Rules.
