Bonnie Scotland

My Easter vacation was absolutely amazing.  Ireland, Milan, Budapest, Vienna, Prague: I'd never have imagined that I'd spend one spring break going to not just one, but all those places.

That said, travelling is tiring, and I was glad to return to Aberdeen.  And, on the long bus ride from Edinburgh to Aberdeen, I realized something: I'd missed Scotland in the short time I was away.  Watching the green hills - I hadn't remembered how green they were, or maybe they got greener while I was away - I also realized that I'll miss Scotland when I have to leave for good.  I think this countryside has ruined any other countryside for me; I've seen nothing that can compare (with the possible exception of Ireland).
