Another mission, another threat to the Earth defeated. Still, no matter how many we take down, there seem to be even more just around the corner.
Some interesting info was recovered from the remains of the Dhiarmada battleship we took down. It was operating on a short-range basis, meaning that they must have a base somewhere in the solar system - probably not too far from Earth, even. Also, more and more references to the "Excalibur Project"... I still can't figure out what it is, but it seems to have something to do with Arondight and Caladbolg.
Maybe it's something like Aumaan was with Jehuty and Anubis, where the two machines are the keys to something greater? It would explain why they seem so similar, and why Dhiarmada is so intent on getting Arondight back. In the worst case scenario, that may mean destroying Arondight to keep it out of their hands...
That's all just speculation, though. I suspect the only way we'll get any real answers is if we can find out where they're coming from and put an end to it.
