So my boyfriend's been mega depressed lately, and I feel like I haven't been totally there for him.
I'm realizing that when I don't eat, I'm happy, because I have nothing to worry about.
So I'm trying to fast at least 12 hours at a time - ex) 8pm-8am.
And this sounds so lame, but we have "Wii Active" and I'm doing this 30 Day Challenge thing on it, where you work out for like 25 minutes a day.
It's not much but it's enough.
I need to be skinny &strong.
