Just worked my ass off at the gym[:
Interval ran 3.95 miles, that's a personal best!
Alltogether; 22 minutes running @ 6.3mph, 20 minutes walking @ 3.8-4.0mph, and 5 minutes walking in decreasing speed.
Then I did 20 reps on a leg machine, 10 on a thigh machine @ 125 lbs O:, 60lbs on an arm machine, and 10 reps each side of my abs.

Tomorrow I'm going to try to keep myself under control after school.
Overall I'm okay I really am.

I love how sore my legs feel(:
