heh heh, i'm a dork
I recently created a facebook group called "I EARNED my geek stripes," dedicated to real geeks instead of the "geek chic." If I don't know you (and thus know you're a real geek), you're required to send a geeky story in order to get in. Gotta separate the real dorks from the riff-raff somehow. Today I received a message from a hopeful. His geek story? While I never met him, he knew me...because he inherited my AP Chemistry lab notebook, in all its Jodie Fosterified greatness.
