So, I'm feeling slightly better than I was this morning. I hesitate to say slightly - as soon as I admit that things are well, everything will plummet - especially my spirits.

My trip to Seattle was quite nice. I spent Thursday and Friday exploring the city on my own - which was so fun. Not everyone can travel by themselves, but I think that I'm one of them that can. My pedometer got a work out - I walked everywhere that I went. Seattle is an easy city to walk, except when you run into the hills, it's VERY hilly. On Thursday I went to Pike's Market, the Aquarium, and on a Harbor cruise. We ate at a cute little pizza parlour that night and then began my Star Wars education by watching episodes 4 and 5.

Friday I walked to the International District for lunch with Travis and then a look at all the sports stadiums. Safeco was cool, I didn't go on the tour, but I peeked inside. The dome was closed though because it was raining. I then went back to Pike's Market - it was so cool I had to go twice! :) Then I went shopping at Macy's and went back to the apartment for a quick nap. When Travis got home we went to a cute little Mexican resturant called Mama's Mexican Kitchen for dinner. I had fajitas and a strawberry margurita - I was happy. After that we walked around town and ended up at Westlake Mall where there was an adorable jewelry shop - I was a goner. When we got home we watched episode 6 of Star Wars.

On Saturday we got up and went to the zoo. The zoo was SO cool. I love de aminals :) That afternoon we watched episodes 1 and 2 and then went to the theater to see 3. After that we went to the Space Needle for dinner and to see the city all lit up. It was a great meal - for 130 bucks it HAS to be - but, it really was good. I had a blackberry margurita - it sounded so good and I'd never had blackberry before, I wanted to know what it tasted like. Plus we had a cute waiter AND a cute server, so that was a double bonus.

It doesn't even feel like Sunday happened - I got up and went to the Pacific Science Center (easily the coolest Science place I've ever been, but had a disappointing gift shop) and then went back to the Space Needle to see the view during the day. After that I returned to the apartment to grab my suitcase and Travis and we went to catch my bus. After getting on the right bus I stopped at the Museum of Flight which ended up being a good choice to stop at. The planes were cool, but not what interested me. The cool part was all the history! I spent most of my time in the Personal Courage Wing that just opened in June. It's completely WWI and WWII stuff. I then caught the bus again (on my own :)) and made it to the airport in good time for my flight. That's where things get hazy. I was on the plane from 7:45 to 9ish where I connected in Las Vegas right away and got to Detroit at 6 AM. First of all, I didn't sleep. Second of all, the plane was ungodly hot. I did get a few books read though :) So, I'd say it was a good flight. And we didn't crash. Or die. :) I spent most of yesterday sleeping, but I managed to run some errands and make dinner - all in all a productive day.

Today I'm in quite the blah mood, I'm not gonna lie. I think most of it has to do with my excercise level being currently non-existent. I took quite a few days off in Seattle, but at least I walked a lot. I also got really bit up in Seattle - I'm not sure if it was bugs outside (which I'm highly doubting, I think I would've noticed them anyway) or if it was during the night by spiders (which is my guess). Either way, I have bites everywhere and they itch like crazy. GRRRR.

I must go, Miss Jenny is here with mail :)
